Can I return an item I purchased?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Are there any requirements for returning or exchanging a product?
Yes. Items must be:
- Unused and in like-new condition
- Returned in their original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns requested after 7 days or for used/damaged items may not be accepted.
How do I start a return or exchange?
It’s simple:
- Reach out to us at sales@autonest.pk with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided details.
What is your policy on refunds and replacements?
The eligibility for a refund or exchange depends on the condition of the product and your preference. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item.
Exchanges are shipped once we’ve received the item and confirmed stock availability.
- We do not offer refunds for final sale or customized products.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and refund is approved, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note, the account holder’s name must match the name on the order. If not, proof of identity will be required.
When can I expect to get my exchange?
Exchanges are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get a tracking number once the new item ships.
You will receive an exchange of equal value to your original order.
